Hausch and Company is a privately-owned business, and has been managing claims for over 75 years and working with the Lloyd’s and London Market for over 15 years. The core lines of business are property and casualty, and the company’s head office is based in Elgin, Illinois just outside Chicago.
Since its inception, the company has grown organically due to the success of the dedicated professional services provided. The core philosophy of the company is to do the job right the first time and to be a positive reflection of our clients by collaborating with them to offer bespoke solutions. The company’s aim is to build long-term relationships by allocating a dedicated team of adjusting professionals to each client.
In 2021, Hausch and Company became one of the first Delegated Claims Administrators approved by Lloyd’s. Our DCA division works seamlessly with our Independent Adjusting Division which provides field services across the USA. Alongside the Independent Adjusting Division is a dedicated CAT team that mobilizes resources in the event of a CAT.
As a technology-driven business, the customised cloud-based claims management system allows stakeholders to access real time data on their portfolio of claims. Internally, the management team utilises a wide range of reporting tools to ensure the claims are managed proactively and in line with each client’s requirements.
