DESCRIPTION
This is an invitation to attend the first Joint Hull Committee (JHC) Forum of the year, which will take place on Tuesday 25 March 2025 in the Lloyd's Old Library.
This forum will provide valuable insights into marine machinery claims. Two seasoned Chief Engineers from ABL will break down how ship engines work, the common causes of machinery damage claims and real-world case studies.
The talk will also explore how the shift to cleaner fuels such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), methanol and ammonia introduce new risks that could shape future claims. Whether you’re an underwriter, broker or simply keen to expand your technical knowledge, this is a great opportunity to explore the evolving landscape of marine hull claims.
