About Suicide&Co.
Suicide&Co is a national charity with the purpose of supporting those bereaved by suicide and opening up the conversation around suicide-related grief to prevent mental health deterioration after the trauma of losing a loved one to suicide.

The support that Suicide&Co provides is one-to-one bereavement counselling, a helpline open Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00 and digital guidance through their app and website. Their vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve.

About NFK
Tragically, Nick Kilhams died from suicide early one Saturday morning in May 2021. NKF's mission is to keep Nick’s memory and legacy alive in the marketplace that he loved so dearly. NFK fears others in the industry may be struggling to deal with their inner thoughts and mental health challenges.

They hope that by bringing Nick’s story to the fore, others will be brave enough to share and talk openly if they need help. NKF aims to raise money to fund mental health resources, to aid anyone in our market that needs help.
