AUDIENCE

Professional indemnity claims adjusters handling cladding claims. Note: This is an invitation-only event.

DESCRIPTION

The LMA invites you to join the Professional Indemnity Market Cladding Meeting. The event will provide an opportunity for delegates to discuss the cladding issues affecting the market.

The meeting will provide an overview of: 

  • design vs workmanship
  • large headline figures claimed
  • the impact of inflation 
  • the availability of materials
  • the availability of appropriate contractors
  • waking watch costs
  • the impact of PAS9980
  • direct vs indirect claims
  • initial notification vs subsequent identified defects
  • what constitutes a separate building or block.
