DESCRIPTION

The LMA invites you to an event on subscription market brokerage (SMB) and broker renumeration on 29 January.

The panel session will be split into three sections, with an eminent US lawyer discussing lessons learnt from the past, a competition practice lawyer outlining competition law and a KC explaining current English law pertaining to broker payments.
