	Bianca Pennington – Recruitment Business Partner Bianca performs end-to-end vacancy management, supporting hiring managers with all recruitment activity. Bianca is responsible for managing candidate experience through the recruitment cycle and is the main point of contact for all LMA applicants. While Bianca focuses on talent attraction for open vacancies, she is available for discussion with individuals interested in a career at the LMA. Bianca joined the LMA in 2022 as part of the LMA’s recruitment process outsourcing arrangement with Avencia Consulting. She has over 20 years of recruitment experience, having worked within the insurance industry since graduating from university. Bianca holds an LLB (Hons) in Law.
