	Kate Roy Chief Operating Officer, Canopius Managing Agents Limited LMA Board Member Kate joined Canopius as Group Chief Operating Officer in early 2022 and expanded her role to become interim UK Chief Executive Officer in November. She is a highly experienced executive leader having worked in broker and carrier organisations as well as with outsourced service provider during her 35-year career. Previously with Willis Towers Watson since 2015, where she held the role of COO for Great Britain and Willis Ltd. Prior to this, she held senior positions at AIG, Capita Insurance Services and Aon. Kate has a proven track record of leading and delivering complex and transformational operational solutions in business units across multiple geographies. With a strong client-centric approach and focus on efficiency, Kate is also a staunch advocate for technological and digital solutions, as evidenced by her involvement on the PPL board since the platform’s inception.
