Prior to joining the LMA, Sebastian held roles with AXA, Deloitte and most recently as Claims Operations Project & Performance Manager for Chubb. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry across multiple geographies Sebastian has led and/or supported initiatives and projects relating to operating model, digital/tech and claims strategy.
