LMA Launches Claims Development Pathway
The Claims Development Pathway, a new interactive training and development tool developed by the LMA Claims team and the LMA Academy, has been launched.
The Claims Development Pathway is available to access via the LMA website:

It is designed to support claims professionals in the Lloyd’s market at every stage of their careers and provides signposts to technical, operational, commercial, behavioural and strategic training accessible to all LMA members. It is built to complement existing individual managing agency learning and development frameworks.
The tool also provides access to LMA claims programmes, industry learning and development programmes and professional qualifications.
The delivery of Claims Development Pathway is central to key LMA objectives, which include promoting claims as a profession, supporting the claims leaders of tomorrow by creating a pathway for claims leadership and providing oversight of current training and educational programmes.
