Lexxika Translation Service
The LMA’s General Liability Claims Committee identified a requirement for a reliable, quality translation service and undertook a review of the services available, with a view to select a preferred vendor to offer these services across the Lloyd’s market, and Lexxika was selected.
Lexxika provide a secure portal for sending documents (claims and underwriting) for translation, and receiving the translated text back. They are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, and have a fixed charging rate of 11p per word and a strict 48 hour SLA. The attached 2 page document outlines the services, and how to start using them.
