LMA Foundational Playbook - known unknowns interim update

At the beginning of August the LMA, in conjunction with Lloyd’s, published a Blueprint 2 Foundational Playbook for managing agents. The playbook contained information on ‘known unknowns’ – things that we knew still required clarity, for whatever reason.

Several months on the LMA and Lloyd’s felt it was important, as promised, to provide an interim update on the known unknowns as to whether they are now fully known, partially known or still unknown and implications of them becoming known, where applicable.
The update is available on both Lloyd's Blueprint 2 website and the LMA website .
