References to "Her Majesty" updated

Following a review of the LMA's wordings library, references to "Her Majesty" within the endorsements listed below have been replaced with "His Majesty".

LMA5010D – Lloyd’s U.K. Terrorism Extension has been archived and replaced by LMA5010E
LMA5121A – Pool Re Terrorism Endorsement has been archived and replaced by LMA5121B
LMA5122A – Combined Terrorism Endorsement has been archived and replaced by LMA5122B
LMA5226 – Combined Terrorism Endorsement has been archived and replaced by LMA5226A
LMA5343 – Pool Re Terrorism Endorsement has been archived and replaced by LMA5343A
NMA2751A – UK Terrorism Exclusion has been archived and replaced by NMA2751B
