Model Lloyd's Chain of Security Endorsement published for Facultative Reinsurance

The LMA's Wordings Committee has published a model endorsement for use on Facultative Reinsurance agreements. The endorsement sets out that the (reinsured) Company agrees that the Lloyd's Chain of Security (defined) is satisfactory for meeting any collateralisation requirements.

NB: This endorsement is not intended for use in the US, where collateralisation requirements are separately regulated.
