Update and Launch of Complaint Handling Endorsements for Binding Authority Agreements

The LMA has published the following Binding Authority Agreement associated Complaint Handling Endorsements on behalf of Lloyd’s.

Replacement endorsements:

• UK – Full Authority LMA5295b – to replace existing LMA5295a
• UK – No Authority LMA5296b – to replace existing LMA5296a
• UK – SRC Authority LMA5297b – to replace existing LMA5297
• Canada – Full Authority LMA5298a – to replace existing LMA5298
• Canada – No Authority LMA5299a – to replace existing LMA5299
• Singapore – Full Authority LMA5300a – to replace existing LMA5300
• Singapore – No Authority LMA5301a – to replace existing LMA5301
• New Zealand – Full Authority LMA5302a – to replace existing LMA5302
• International One Stage – Full Authority LMA5306a – to replace existing LMA5306
• International One Stage – No Authority LMA5307a – to replace existing LMA5307
• Australia – Full Authority LMA5548a – to replace existing LMA5548.

New endorsements:

• Hong Kong – Full Authority LMA5662
• Hong Kong – No Authority LMA5663.
