Updated Service of Suit clauses (LMA5020A/B, LMA5021A, NMA1998A) were confirmed as published.  

Discussion continued on the Facultative Certificate Order of Priority Endorsement (LMA5656), with members asked to provide feedback on its use and preferred approach for future versions.  

The Forum noted publication of ‘Hybrid’ Terrorism & PV Cyber clauses (LMA5668/5669). 

US trade tariffs, subscription market brokerage clauses and the Property (Digital Assets) Bill were discussed. 

Project Spring Clean was launched to review legacy clauses.  

An introduction was given on Regulator Designated Wordings (RDW) in the Lloyd’s Wording Repository.
