The NexGen Claims Leadership Group reflected on key updates from the LMA Claims Committee, including discussions on innovation, collaboration tools and priorities for 2026. Members agreed to re‑position the group as the LMA NexGen Claims Leadership Group and discussed future focus areas, including leadership development, claims capability, promotion of NexGen outputs and practical AI education. The group also agreed to carry forward work on the Principles for Doing Business into early 2026 and confirmed changes to meeting cadence to better support delivery of agreed initiatives.
