For more than 25 years, she has represented insurers, brokers and claims professionals across the US, London and Bermuda markets in connection with high-exposure claims, contractual risk transfer disputes and coverage litigation.
Patrick McShane is a founding member of Frilot LLC with more than 35 years of experience representing Lloyd’s market insurers and international carriers in complex marine, energy, casualty and insurance coverage matters. A highly skilled trial lawyer, he is frequently called upon to parachute into high-exposure litigation and complex claims at critical stages of proceedings.
