Pick Your US Battleground With an Effective Forum Clause, a practical session exploring how insurers can control where their disputes get decided and the merits or otherwise of US arbitration.
Attendees will gain an understanding of choice of law and jurisdiction in the US as it applies to (re)insurance policies.
