This meeting covered the LMA DARE programme, focusing on digitising binding authority agreements with future inclusion of DCAs. Members agreed to further refine the claims DA Vision and hold a dedicated workshop. Sub-groups were tasked with progressing CLCA and cross-market CLCA developments. The group also discussed onboarding and approvals, market communications and operational resilience. The group supported consistent engagement and feedback loops, including a survey to DCAs and updated guidance. Plans for performance MI, engagement with Lloyd’s and improved clarity on market practices were also agreed.
