The meeting reviewed DCA onboarding progress, with a new performance MI sub-group established to develop best practice templates. Members confirmed a DA conference proposal covering key areas such as due diligence, co-leads and future DA claims. Market communication updates were drafted, aiming to solicit feedback on Lloyd’s DCA attestation process. The group discussed long-term vision plans for consistent practices, greater engagement with DCAs and further collaboration with Lloyd’s and the market. A DCA survey was agreed to capture feedback and opportunities. Future presentations to LMACC and event planning at WSIA were noted.
