The LMA has published the following Binding Authority Agreement associated Complaint Handling Endorsements on behalf of Lloyd’s.

• UK – SRC Authority LMA5297b – to replace existing LMA5297.
• Canada – Full Authority LMA5298a – to replace existing LMA5298.
• Canada – No Authority LMA5299a – to replace existing LMA5299.
• Singapore – Full Authority LMA5300a – to replace existing LMA5300
• Singapore – No Authority LMA5301a – to replace existing LMA5301.
• New Zealand – Full Authority LMA5302a – to replace existing LMA5302.
• International One Stage – Full Authority LMA5306a – to replace existing LMA5306.
• International One Stage – No Authority LMA5307a – to replace existing LMA5307.
• Australia – Full Authority LMA5548a – to replace existing LMA5548.
