The LMA’s Contingency Business Panel has published the following model Mourning Exclusions and Extensions.

Mourning Exclusions:

• LMA5641 Mourning Exclusion
• LMA5642 Mourning Exclusion (For use with LMA3163)
• LMA5643 Mourning Exclusion (For use with LMA3164)
• LMA5644 Mourning Exclusion (For use with LMA3165)
• LMA5645 Mourning Exclusion (For use with LMA3166)

Mourning Extensions:

• LMA5646 Mourning Extension (For use with LMA3163)
• LMA5647 Mourning Extension (For use with LMA3164)

Please note that an age must be specified in paragraph 1 and the applicable number of days specified in paragraph 2 for the extension to be operative.
