London, 25 March 2025: The Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) has launched a new LMA claims awards scheme designed to champion excellence across the Lloyd’s market claims community.
As part of the LMA’s wider strategy to strengthen and diversify the talent pipeline in claims, the awards scheme aims to spotlight the varied and innovative work being done across the sector and highlight claims as an exciting career path.
The awards, culminating in an awards presentation evening on 15 May 2025, span across seven categories:
Janine Powell, Claims Director at the LMA, said: “Challenges with attracting and retaining talent have been consistently raised amongst our community. External factors, including competition for top talent and a changing workforce demographic, continue to impact the claims community.
“The LMA’s claims awards are a great way for us to elevate the claims proposition by spotlighting the rising stars of our industry, showcasing the diversity of the sector and bringing together the London market claims community.”
