Ring the Bell

The theme of the summit, Ring the Bell, celebrates the remarkable women leading underwriting today and recognises the organisations demonstrating exemplary practices in retaining senior female talent. But it also calls to attention a concerning trend: the pipeline of senior women in underwriting is diminishing. Without decisive action to fix the system, this issue may become increasingly acute in the years ahead.

This event aims to provide you with practical collective and personal actions to enable you to drive change in your organisation. We will work together to build the pipeline of female leaders in underwriting.
