The committee heard from Lloyd’s Strategy team on a new initiative analysing Managing Agents’ ORSAs to identify and share insights on emerging risks across the market. The discussion focused on using 2025 ORSA outputs to develop a scalable framework, improve consistency, and better capture systemic and emerging threats, including geopolitical risks. Updates were also provided on workstreams covering AI risk management, risk culture, and talent pathways, with members highlighting the need to strengthen CRO skills, improve risk communication, and address talent shortages through collaboration, outreach, and clearer career pathways within risk management.
