The LMA Company Secretarial Forum (Co-Sec Forum) was re-formed in 2025 and meets quarterly. Its purpose is to provide an informal, collaborative space for company secretaries across the market to share best practice, discuss emerging issues and exchange practical insights on governance and regulatory matters.
