The LMA has now drafted clauses to address Lloyd’s requirements for complaints handling under binding authorities for Australian complaints. This is further to LMA Bulletin LMA18-005 TH and Lloyd’s Market Bulletin Y5154.

In line with other LMA model complaints handling endorsements to binding authorities, these will require amending to include additional managing agent instructions and details. Therefore the endorsements should not be included by reference and should be appended in full with response sections amended as required.

The endorsements are as below and can be found on the Lloyd’s Wordings Repository (LWR).
