Operational Resilience Committee

The Operational Resilience Committee provides strategic oversight and coordination of the Lloyd’s market’s approach to operational resilience. Its primary role is to support managing agents in implementing the regulatory framework, fostering alignment on key policies and driving continuous improvement in resilience practices across the market.

The committee offers a collaborative forum for discussing strategic objectives, sharing insights and promoting best practice. It aims to enhance the market’s ability to prevent, respond to, recover from and learn from operational disruptions, thereby strengthening the performance, reputation and trust in the Lloyd’s platform.
