The NexGen Claims Leadership Group reviewed feedback from its Committee Effectiveness Survey, noting performance above LMA averages and agreeing measures to improve engagement, visibility of sub‑group activity and integration of new members. Members heard reflections on claims leadership and discussed progress across 2026 priorities, including the Principles for Doing Business, AI in claims education and plans for a NexGen Claims Leadership Forum. Updates were also shared from recent LMA Claims Committee and Heads of Sector discussions, with agreement on continued close alignment and information flow across groups.
