The Delegated Authority Claims Management Group considered progress against its key priority areas, including performance management information, due diligence and onboarding, and the CLCA. Members discussed emerging approaches to claims performance metrics, ongoing dependency on wider coverholder due diligence activity, and the importance of stronger managing agent and broker engagement to support effective CLCA adoption. The group also reviewed engagement with delegated claims administrators and managing agents, Lloyd’s oversight priorities for delegated authority claims, and a potential Lloyd’s Lab engagement to explore claims technology solutions. Forthcoming strategy discussions and education initiatives were noted.
