The group received an overview of the draft claims section of the Computable Binding Authority Agreement (CBAA), which the committee members agreed to review. Updates were shared on ongoing sub-group workstreams, including DCA onboarding, CLCA guidance, performance MI and the Voice of the Customer pilot. The group also discussed the draft vision and ambition document and the upcoming DA conference. The DCA survey and market communication were approved. The group supported LMA’s involvement in WSIA and agreed to seek new members for the committee.
