The LMA Delegated Authority Claims Management Group (DACMG) held a meeting on 09 September 2025 to discuss its ongoing priorities, recent DCA survey results and strategic planning related to delegated authority claims management. Key updates included progress from sub-groups on updated due diligence question sets, performance MI and the CLCA, alongside plans for upcoming webinars and forums. Two new members were welcomed: Joe Gilling and Zeb Rasool joined the DACMG representing Hiscox and Beazley respectively.
