The DAC convened on 22 July 2025 to review progress on Streamlined Compliance (SC), with members endorsing a joint steer-co for SC and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), chaired by the LMA until system launch. The committee emphasised the need for broad market representation and agreed that SC remains the priority, with TPRM to follow. Lloyd’s presented its refreshed DA strategy, structured around underwriting performance, oversight, and strategic change, with a focus on operational efficiency and market engagement. Members welcomed the joint market mission statement and discussed the importance of clear communications as new compliance question sets are released. The committee also highlighted the need for adequate resources to maintain SC materials and noted ongoing actions regarding audit communications and regulatory guidance. No other business was raised. All discussions were held under Chatham House rules.
