The Committee was briefed on shifts in geopolitical, maritime and aviation exposures across multiple regions. Members discussed emerging patterns of political instability, increased criminal activity affecting cargo security, and evolving threats linked to regional conflicts, with particular focus on developments in the Black Sea and West Africa. 

Updates were provided across key working groups. The market’s adoption of the Marine Cargo Cyber Exclusion with physical theft confirmation endorsement was reviewed. Progress was reported on the Satellite Pre‑Launch, Storage, LNG and Drop-Down clauses, two of which were close to release.
