Members also reviewed data insights and performance concerns for long-tail classes, alongside emerging topics including greenwashing and litigation funding. Claims and legal discussions covered AI-related litigation, vicarious liability principles and developing environmental exposures. Broader market updates included geopolitical risks and war-related developments, which remain under close review.
