LMACC 26 June Minutes

The session focused on key contractual, strategic, and talent-related priorities. LIMOSS presented proposals for a two year extension and a new three-year contract with Vitesse. There was broad support for LIMOSS advancing discussions with Vitesse for around the commercials and terms of a new three year contract. There was a presentation on the development of an Early Talent Pathways Programme. This aims to standardise foundational training for new claims professionals. The committee endorsed further development and consultation to establish this as a market standard.
Members reflected on Lloyd’s claims strategy presented in May. The committee agreed to draft a coordinated response and request relevant claims data from Lloyd’s. Updates were provided on ideas to explore expert spend management, drafting of operational guidance for RITC claims clause, and new Academy programme for legal professionals.
