Key focus for the LMACC in July was the FCP contract extension proposal. Members supported continued engagement with Vitesse and requesting that LIMOSS secure an extension to the current contract. Thus allowing time for further operational and value assessments to be completed – including requesting greater transparency from Lloyd’s on their business case assumptions. The committee also received updates on Delegated Authority Claims Management Group (DACMG) priorities, including compliance streamlining, performance management MI, and customer feedback initiatives.
Additional topics included Lloyd’s PBO attestations, open market claims data collection for US DOI returns, and funding for a proof of concept with Velonetic. The next meeting is scheduled for 18 September 2025.
