The NexGen Claims Group convened on 30 September 2025 to discuss ongoing priorities and future initiatives. The meeting welcomed new members and confirmed upcoming changes to chair positions, inviting expressions of interest for Co-Chair roles. The group reflected on career development and reviewed a proposal for a new forum to support claims professionals transitioning to management roles. Updates were provided on the Lloyd’s Principles priority, with agreement to schedule further working sessions, and on the AI survey, which received over 100 responses. The October session will focus on finalising survey findings and recommendations. Additional updates included recent LMACC and Heads of Claims Forum activities.
