The group focused on 2025 priorities. Key topics included talent challenges, at both early and senior levels, and a need for educational initiatives. The group planned engagement with the LMA Emerging Professionals Claims Community and outlined a sub-group to deliver a 101 session on political risks claims. Learning and development was highlighted as a key area of focus, with proposals for several bite-size educational sessions instead of a full symposium. ESG concerns, broker relationships and artificial intelligence were also discussed. Updates were provided on CLA adoption and ongoing action points, including the Celestial Aviation case and broker engagement plans.
