The Group approved the February minutes and confirmed continued focus on talent and learning and development. Updates were shared on the New Talent sub-group and plans for a training opportunity for new entrants. The Learning and Development sub-group discussed an initial fraud session scheduled for June. Members reviewed seminars with Sigmun Global Advisers and discussed the potential for a symposium or larger events in place of smaller sessions. Feedback on the DXC/Velonetic elective service review was noted, and data access was confirmed as an individual MA decision. Members were encouraged to participate in the CAT preparedness survey.
