The group confirmed the merging of emerging professionals groups under one group to foster a stronger early career community and integrated learning. Members were reminded of participation expectations. Key priorities included broker engagement forums and formalising updates to the Advanced & Projected Payments protocol, especially in light of the LA Wildfires CAT response. Members provided an update on the upcoming May symposium, with panels on CAT and social media risks. Presentations covered PCS Canada data access and a proportional treaty forum proposal to improve market consistency and knowledge sharing. Volunteers were sought for multiple subgroups to support these initiatives.
