The committee discussed recent leadership changes at Lloyd’s, highlighting the need for clarity on its sustainability direction, now under Corporate Affairs. Members stressed the importance of early engagement and clear expectations.
An update was given on the climate risk working group’s response to CP10/25 and ongoing work around climate litigation. ECLIC will expand to include this area.
Closer collaboration with the Joint Non-Risk Committee was agreed. Members noted upcoming London Climate Action Week events and requested a prompt update from Lloyd’s on its sustainability plans.
