It was noted that Panel Elections are underway, with voting closing on 16 December. Members reflected positively on the Diot Siaci market engagement event.  Key wording discussions included the proposed War Clause/Article 4 response mechanism, ongoing consultation on NMA 2914/2915 cyber clause adoption, and updates to T3L, including a sunset provision and structural amendments.  Updates were provided on RDS development, including new geopolitical scenarios, and on the LIMOSS Schedule of Values Extraction Service consultation. The Active Shooter wording project continues into the new year. Members were asked to consider guest speakers for the 2026 Terrorism Market Forum, and concerns were raised regarding T3L’s terrorism definition which would be addressed and reviewed at the next meeting .
