The Panel were requested to complete a survey to assist in the development of an LMA response to the Pool Re consultation. Claims trends noted included high building labour and fire losses, subsidence monitoring, and faster claims payment trials. The next meeting was scheduled for September, with plans for a committee social event and further engagement on key industry issues.
