The LMA invites the market to attend Brazil Insurance Law - Clauses and Guidance for Market Use. This session will build on the Brazilian briefing held earlier this year, which introduced the key issues arising from the new insurance law coming into effect in December 2025.
This follow up will provide an update on the legal advice developed since the initial briefing and introduce the suite of market clauses and guidance designed to help participants meet the new requirements. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the impact the new law and how this can be effectively managed.
