As demand for data centres accelerates across the US, operators are increasingly integrating onsite power generation assets, including solar, gas turbines, wind, small modular nuclear reactors and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into microgrid and hybrid grid configurations. While these developments support resilience and energy capacity, they are also creating increasingly complex construction and operational risk exposures.
This session will examine the evolving loss landscape associated with these projects, including:
