The Offshore Pollution Liability Agreement was amended on 20 November 2024, updating the previous version, JR2018-003, published on 05 March 2018.

In addition to the change of date in the title, there are two amendments members should note:

• Provision 12 (ii) on page 3, which updates the definition of “Permanently Abandoned”
• Clause XI on page 11, which now includes provision 2 (i) under Withdrawal and Termination
