The LMA’s Worldwide Property Business Panel has produced LMA3192 which updates the model USA Non-Marine Property Physical Loss or Damage Wording (previously LMA3022). LMA3022 will be archived on the Lloyd’s Wording Repository (LWR) shortly.

The updated wording has been published as LMA3192 and includes changes aligned with those made to produce LMA3183. It is now available on the LWR.

Please note that the updated wording does not include either a Cyber or Communicable Disease provision so individual managing agents, brokers and other market participants should take care to attach these via endorsement.

All LMA model documents are purely illustrative and are published and distributed for the guidance of Lloyd’s managing agents, brokers and other market participants.
