The LMA’s Worldwide Property Business Panel has produced LMA3193, updating the model Worldwide (Excl US) Non-Marine Property Physical Loss or Damage Wording (LMA3023). LMA3023 will be archived on the Lloyd’s Wording Repository (LWR) shortly.

LMA3193 is now available on the Lloyd’s Wording Repository and reflects changes aligned with those made to produce LMA3182.

The updated wording does not include a cyber provision (mandatory) or a communicable disease provision. Managing agents, brokers and other market participants should ensure that these are attached via endorsement as appropriate.

All LMA model documents are illustrative and are published for the guidance of Lloyd’s managing agents, brokers and other market participants. Contracting parties remain free to agree different conditions or amend model documents as required. The LMA does not assert intellectual property rights over model documents. It is for underwriters to determine whether any contractual language is acceptable for a given risk.
