Ahead of the introduction of the new RS risk code in January 2024, the LMA Terrorism & Political Violence panel has advised a suggested split of premium across the relevant risk codes:

• Terror, SRCC & PV; 33.33% TO/33.33%RS/33.33%WL
• Terror & SRCC; 40%TO /60% RS.

The above-suggested splits are provided for information and guidance only and are not mandatory; Managing Agents are free to vary the split on any risk as appropriate.
